One of the best things about being in the photography course I’m in (besides being surrounded by camera gear galore!) is getting to work with other creative people. We haven’t spent much time in the studio as it’s still a bit early on in the year, but we have been spending a lot of quality time with each other! It’s during those times that we fool around in class or at lunch that we get to know a bit about everyone. Take for example, the talented guy who shot this video, Denny! Although he’s in the photography program, he is every bit of a film-nut! Watching him capture seemingly mundane daily moments and turn them into something a little more magical is an art in itself. I’m sure putting together this short film wasn’t the easiest, but working with him (or rather, watching him work on it, haha) was such a breeze! Definite props; dude knows what he’s doing and he makes it look so easy!
Hope you enjoy the short video. Make sure you go onto Vimeo to watch it in full HD!
PS. Sorry for the lack of updates. Unfortunately, posting will become even slower due to the fact that I’ve finally registered with OUAC to apply to Ontario universities and am currently in the process of working on my Ryerson portfolio (!!!) Welcome to Stress City…
